It’s perfect for singles, couples and small family.
The place is clean, new, comfortable, and in a quiet residential setting. Near famous Lake Balboa and Golf Course. Tennis Courts and Japanese Garden nearby. Public Transportation is Metro bus and Orange Line which will take you to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Downtown.
This rental has full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and living room with full size Futon. It will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guest. You have your own free parking space and entrance. It is private guesthouse with central air and heat. Includes Wi-Fi and Direct-TV with HBO and Showtime premium channels.
